Nothing is more critical to the success of your Oracle applications implementation than the buy-in and performance of end-users. If end-users fail to successfully adopt and learn to use the new software, the organization's investment will be lost.
IT Convergence can accelerate the adoption of Oracle technology among your end users by:
- Identifying the appropriate personnel that need to be trained, their numbers, and their functions
- Determining the level of skill required by each group of end users
- Selecting the most appropriate method of training for each group of end users, and
- Deploying the right learning method, to the right people, at the right time
Standard Classroom Training
Classroom-based training material used may include the following:
- Student Guides: Printed, step-by-step guides describing relevant business processes and demonstration of Oracle E-Business Suite functionality
- Hands-On Exercises: Step-by-step procedures that instruct the student in how to enter specific data and navigate software paths
- Applied Exercises: "Real world" cases and supporting data, which are completed by users to ensure that they understand how to use the system in their own work environment
Online Performance Support
IT Convergence can use a combination of existing web-based courses and content created using Oracle Tutor to meet unique end-user training and post-training support requirements. Using Viewlets, a series of screenshots threaded together using text and voice instruction, Tutor Navigations are threaded together to provide online procedural support for end-users. Viewlets play in a browser and are similar to streaming video, except that they require considerably less bandwidth. These viewlets provide low-cost, durable instructional support and coaching to end-users.
IT Convergence has a deep repository of subject matter expertise and content. Our online learning designers will evaluate requirements, match existing content to the requirements, and identify where new content development is required. These courses and tools can be deployed on the Oracle iLearning platform or launched from a web page.
