• Group Training: Up to 15 students per instructor.
• Mentor Training: Up to three students per instructor.
• Train-the-Trainer: Group or mentor; providing application knowledge, and tips on how to communicate this knowledge to other users within your organization.

Database Environment

• Your database: A recent copy of your production or CRP environment.
• Our database: The latest version of the Oracle Vision database.

Curriculum

• Standard: IT Convergence curriculum.
• Custom Courseware: IT Convergence curriculum is utilized to write and document your specific business processes. Your database atmosphere is used to provide screen shots and exercises pertinent to your user environment.
